By using the Batjilli (batjilli.xyz) website and mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the full document carefully before accessing the site, creating an account, or using any of our services.

These Terms & Conditions form the legal basis of your relationship with Batjilli. If you disagree with any section, please refrain from using Batjilli's services. If you have any questions, contact our support team before registering.

To create an account on Batjilli, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Only one account per person is allowed — multiple accounts under the same name, mobile number, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information during registration — incorrect details may result in your account being suspended.
• Keeping your account login credentials confidential is your responsibility.

Batjilli reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request, without providing a reason. Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Deposits on Batjilli can be made using the following methods:

All deposits are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — you must use your own mobile banking or bank account.

When you win, getting your money quickly is your right. Batjilli keeps the withdrawal process simple and straightforward:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳1,00,000 or more.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.

Batjilli reserves the right to review any withdrawal request for up to 72 hours without providing a reason. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Batjilli offers a range of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, cashback, free spins, and a referral bonus. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x), meaning you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before you can make a withdrawal.
• Time Limit: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days. Once the validity period expires, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games. The eligible games are listed in the bonus details.
• One Offer: The same promotion cannot be used more than once by the same person or household.

Batjilli reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, your account may be reviewed and the bonus forfeited.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Batjilli:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — always review the odds and amount carefully before placing your bet.
• The minimum bet is ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by game and event.
• Batjilli is not liable for unconfirmed bets due to internet disruptions or technical issues — however, if funds have been deducted from your account, please contact Support.
• Odds can change rapidly during in-play betting. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet may not be final — the odds recorded at the moment your bet reaches our server will apply.

Batjilli displays odds in Decimal, Fractional, and Money Line formats. Decimal is the default. You can switch to your preferred format in Settings.

• Maximum payout limits vary by event and are shown on the bet slip.
• Batjilli reserves the right to void any bet where there is a clear error in the odds (manifest error).
• In a parlay or multi-selection bet, if one selection is voided, it will be counted at odds of 1.0.

If a match or event is cancelled or left incomplete, Batjilli follows the policy below:

• Fully Cancelled: If a match does not start or is cancelled well before the scheduled time, the full stake will be refunded.
• Partially Completed: If at least 90% of a match has been completed, bets may be settled based on the result at that point.
• Suspended & Rescheduled: If a match is rescheduled within 48 hours, the original bet remains valid. If it is postponed by more than 48 hours, the bet will be cancelled and refunded.
• Weather-related disruptions: If a match is interrupted due to rain or other weather conditions, the result will be settled if 50% or more of the match has been completed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Batjilli. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using artificial betting patterns to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Accessing another person's account or sharing your account credentials.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Using match-fixing or insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Batjilli takes this matter seriously and investigates any suspicious activity immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the process of verifying your identity. Batjilli may request KYC in the following situations:

• On your first large withdrawal (৳1 lakh+).
• If unusual activity is detected on your account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected.

KYC typically requires a copy of your NID or passport and confirmation that your bKash/Nagad number matches your account. Withdrawals will be put on hold until KYC is submitted.

• Your data is protected with AES-256 encryption.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Payment details are sent directly to the payment processor — Batjilli does not store them.
• We may be required to disclose information under legal obligation.

Batjilli believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not stress. That's why we offer our members the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude from your account for anywhere between 7 days and 6 months.
• Reality Check: Notifications reminding you how long you have been playing at set intervals.

Batjilli is strictly off-limits to anyone under 18. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and the balance will not be refunded.

Batjilli is not responsible for the following:

• Bet cancellations or losses resulting from your internet connection being disrupted.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account password.
• Losses caused by issues with third-party software or devices.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

Batjilli's maximum liability will not exceed the amount you deposited in any single transaction.

You can close your account at any time — simply contact Support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Batjilli may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

If your account is suspended, please contact support — resolution is possible for legitimate accounts.

Batjilli reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• An SMS notification will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• The date of any changes will be noted at the top of this page.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
